- What forms of payment do you accept
Credit Cards drawn on US banks only. Orders can be filled by money order or certified check. Personal checks will clear before the order is filled and shipped. Checks or money orders are to made out to Unique Toy Shop. These orders must be made by calling the store directly at 585-394-2319.
- Do you ship orders Internationally?
Due to the increase in fraudulent credit card charges from overseas orders, we are no longer able to accept credit card payments from our international customers. Instead, we require payment in the form of a certified bank check drawn on US Funds. Once the total charge for the order, including shipping, has been calculated, an email indicating the total amount due will be sent to the customer and the order will be held until payment is received. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Do your products have a warranty?
All merchandise is warrantied against defects for 14 days, from date of receipt.
For all other merchandise:
- Please call 585-394-2319 to obtain an R.A. #.
- Write the R.A. # on the outside of the shipping carton.
- Remember to insure the package as we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise.
Merchandise will be inspected and evaluated, replaced, repaired or returned in a timely manner.
