Unique Toy Shop wants to make your experience with us the best it can be. When an issue is encountered we will strive to achieve a mutual resolution.


Return an online purchase

  • Online purchases returned within 30 days to our store by mail will receive a refund of the price of the item? and any applicable taxes, same as it was paid.
  • Items must be returned in new, or like new condition, and in its original packaging, and with all paperwork including manuals, assembly instructions and your packing slip, as well as all accessories to ensure full credit.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded. If free shipping or special shipping discounts were used, they will not apply to returns or exchanges.
  • Unique Toy Shop reserves the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return requirements.
  • Online purchases can also be returned to the Unique Toy Shop store location in person for merchandise credit or refund when returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Instructions for returns to Unique Toy Shop

Please follow instructions below, when packing and returning items. It's important to note and follow theinstructions below in order to process your return.

RMA or Return Merchandise Authorization number is obtained by calling 585-394-2319 during regular business hours EST. RMA number must appear on the front of the package to be accepted. You may also request an RMA number by fax 585-394-5374, or email, With this option you will receive a form with questions regarding the condition etc.

  1. Send the item in its' undisturbed original packaging.
  2. Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process.

    No credit will be issued for items missingcomponents, parts, original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition or has broken seals)

  3. Include your original packing slip or copy of the receipt. Also write the RMA number on the slip or receipt. We will not be able to process a return for any shipment received without this information.

    IMPORTANT: When calling for the RMA number, state the reason for your return and the nature of its status, for us to process the return.Once we receive the item and have validated the damage/defect, you will be refunded the price of the item as well as any applicable taxes. To help save shipping costs call, email, or fax us. We can often avoid returns by finding solutions to an actual problem. (see numbers above)

  4. Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. For example, if you are sending it through the United States Postal Service, please request delivery confirmation.Purchasing insurance is suggested. We are not responsible for lost items during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is received.
